AppBasic main window Applications are edited by dragging them (from a Filer display) onto AppBasic's window. The application currently being edited is represented by its icon which is a ‘pointer’ to the original application. In particular: Double-clicking the current application icon runs the application Shift double-clicking displays the application directory The tools, used to edit the application, are represented by icons in the main toolbar.
